Project description

Firco Insight is a risk Saas software that provides financial risk user profiling to a number of financial companies such as banks, financial government insitutions, payment gateways, etc. Firco Insight wants to offer the service via API with the highest security standards available in the industry.

The outcome of the project was an API dynamic delivery service that supports the API management to each institution, limiting the API permissions and expiration dates.

Multiple service blueprints were built, identifing the additional effort for the client and target users, overcoming user fatige. The service was simplified in order to reduce steps mantaining data security as a priority.

Different scenarios were exposed by the client and mapped using benchmark analysis and stakeholder interviews.

High fidelity prototypes

I developed a high fid. prototype for users of the Risk Analysis screening took to create API Services, Unique API Client IDs and API Keys. Followed by a reminder notification for users to renew, deactivate and modifie API permissions without modifying API Keys.
